First of all, you’ll need to create a new campaign in OptinMonster. You’ll need to choose the ‘canvas’ template, as this is the only template that allows you to copy and paste your own HTML.

Once you’ve created your campaign, you should see a blank canvas appear. In the left-hand menu, select ‘OPT-IN’ and scroll down to the ‘Canvas Custom HTML’ box. This is where you’ll need to copy and paste your Leadformly embed code into. Please note that while either embed code will work, the simple embed code may not load fully in the OptinMonster preview window.

You may notice that your form doesn’t fit properly within the popup window at first. You may need to adjust the height and width of your popup in OptinMonster or the sizing of your form in Leadformly to correct this.

Once you’re happy with how your form looks in OptinMonster you can hit save, and publish your popup live on your website.
